Join Us

We would love you to join us!

Demand for places is high and parents are advised to apply early. You will then be contacted on a first come first served basis as soon as a place becomes available. Only when a place is available will you be offered a trial.

Entrance Criteria

Prior to becoming a Marlins member, we offer a free trial session where swimmers are invited along to demonstrate their capability.

Please do not just turn up for a trial as you need to have been invited first.
If you just turn up the poolside staff will turn you away.

At the trial they will be asked to show that they can:

  • Swim 25m backstroke
  • Swim 25m breaststroke
  • Complete a forward roll
  • Demonstrate a kneeling dive off the pool edge in the deep end competently.
  • Swim 3 x 25m front crawl: 1 easy pace / 1 moderate pace / 1 fast pace
